Exceptions will be made in the event that the actual artwork has been severely damaged due to shipment. In that regard I will need photos (please sent to, tiffyalexandria@gmail.com) of the damaged items in order to process your refund. If the artwork has suffered acceptable damage and when I am provided with sufficient proof of damaged art, I will begin processing your refund and will email a shipping label to the appropriate email address to be dropped off at your local courier. Your refund will be granted when I receive the item(s) with in a 10–15-day window if the artwork is not received in a reasonable timeframe a refund may not be granted.
Please note: Refunds will not be processed or even considered if the box was ripped or damaged, refunds will only be considered if considerable damage has been made to the actual artwork.
Please note: The art must be shipped back in its original packaging. I will not be able to cover the cost of shipping materials if the buyer has thrown away the original packaging.
Please note: If the customer damages the art further in the shipment process, and causes any further destruction to the original work of art a refund will not be processed and I will retain all payments.
