Please understand that all sales are final, I value and appreciate your business and do my best to provide the best possible quality and service to you. It is my hope that your experience with Creatiffy Art & Designs goes above and beyond expectations and that my artwork will find a long and happy life in your ownership. From my heart to yours.

Exceptions will be made in the event that the actual artwork has been severely damaged due to shipment. In that regard I will need photos ( please sent to, tiffyalexandria@gmail.com) of the damaged items in order to process your refund. If the artwork has suffered acceptable damage and when I am provided with sufficient proof of damaged art, I will begin processing your refund and will email a shipping label to the appropriate email address to be dropped off at your local courier. Your refund will be granted when I receive the item(s) with in a 10–15-day window if the artwork is not received in a reasonable timeframe a refund may not be granted.

Please note: Refunds will not be processed or even considered if the box was ripped or damaged, refunds will only be considered if considerable damage has been made to the actual artwork.

Please note: The art must be shipped back in its original packaging. I will not be able to cover the cost of shipping materials if the buyer has thrown away the original packaging.

Please note: If the customer damages the art further in the shipment process, and causes any further destruction to the original work of art a refund will not be processed and I will retain all payments.

Each artwork that is shipped out is carefully wrapped in a layer of vellum and is wrapped mindfully in a protective layer of packaging material. Items are categorized by size, (small, medium, large, extra-large etc.) and are priced accordingly. Tracking information will be provided for all original works of art.
